I am from Queen, New South Wales. I had suffered anxiety for 14, 15 years where I was literally a hostage in my own bedroom. Um, not even in my house. My my life pretty much existed in my bedroom. For me to leave the home was so traumatic because anxiety was just so crippling. I had tried so many things. I had been to psychiatrist, psychologist, healings, anything that I thought was going to fix me, I went to and spent a lot of money doing. So, I came across Michael on Facebook purely by accident, which was amazing. And I I sent him an email and asked if there was any chance he could help me because he's in the Gold Coast and I'm in a completely different state in New South Wales. Um and he said he'd give it a go doing Skype. We had 8 to 10 sessions. Um my life now has amazingly changed. I I have five children who hadn't seen the old mom for a long time.
