Hi guys, my name is Sydney. I've been seeing Michael four sessions now. Three big zero sessions. Um I've had faced a lot of years being up here. I'm on the Q1 at 69 floors which I would never ever have done. Ever. I'm lucky to get past 10 floors. I wanted to go for the wedding, but I wasn't going on that plane. >> So, when you think about flying to Melbourne now, what what's the primary emotion that comes to you? excitement is what I'm going there for and there's no I have no anxiety ever worried about even thinking about the plane. >> So we in in the four sessions we've overcome for you a fear of relinquishing control and not being in control. >> Yep. >> Uh confined spaces. >> Yep. >> Um that feeling of feeling trapped can't get away. >> Um not being a not having people that you love or care about where you can see them. >> Yep. especially fears from of them being out on the road driving. Yes. >> Given that someone that you were once close to had an accident. >> Yep. >> Um and heights >> and flying in and flying in planes. >> Yes. Yeah. >> And on a scale of 0 to 10, where would where would you rate any or all of those now? On a scale of 0 to 10 on a fear factor, >> a zero. >> Really? A zero? >> I would probably say a one, but nearly a zero. I have no anxiety in my stomach whatsoever. >> Okay, now showing off a bit.
